About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded legal professional to join a fast-growing international technology business operating in a highly innovative and regulated environment. This role sits at the intersection of commercial law, corporate governance, and strategic growth, supporting the business as it expands across multiple jurisdictions.

Working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will provide pragmatic legal advice on a broad range of commercial and corporate matters, enabling the business to achieve its strategic objectives while effectively managing risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including procurement, supply, manufacturing, consultancy, distribution, agency, and sales contracts.
• Structure and negotiate strategic collaboration and development agreements with external partners.
• Provide practical, business-focused legal advice to internal stakeholders in a fast-paced international environment.
• Support strategic projects and corporate initiatives in collaboration with senior management, finance, and external counsel.
• Assist with corporate governance and legal matters arising from international expansion.
• Drive improvements to legal processes, templates, and policies, including the implementation of legal technology and automation solutions.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified lawyer with approximately 5-10 years of post-qualification experience gained in a leading law firm and/or international in-house environment.
• Strong background in commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
• Solid foundation in Dutch law; international experience is advantageous.
• Prior experience within a technology, industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or high-growth business environment is preferred.
• Commercially minded, pragmatic, and able to balance legal risk with business objectives.
• Comfortable managing a broad range of buy-side and sell-side commercial matters.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Interest in legal operations, technology, and contract management tools.
• Fluent in English.
