ABOUT THE JOB
- Conduct research, data collection, and analysis on the needs and issues of the client through interviews and workshops to translate their requirements into well-formulated solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to the client using business proposals and presentation decks.
- Document the project into systems and processes for management review.
- Maintain close interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking.
- Support team members with other project activities.
- Ensure that the project is planned accurately, that the owner of each task is identified accurately, and that work is executed and aligned with the charter in order to meet the critical metrics and planned results.
- Provide an integrative view and analysis of the various project aspects within the program to enable better decision-making. Ensure that information is captured and disseminated to all stakeholders.
- Support deliverables of the Support Project Team and IT Security Control Team.
- Support contract review and coordination.
- Support project resource allocation.
- Prepare project STC slides, reporting, and project charging.
- Support invoicing.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding of consultants.
- Support IT system tracking and management.
- Prepare monthly service reports.
ABOUT YOU:
- Degree holder
- 4-7 years of experience in the banking, technology and/or consulting industry
- Good understanding of core business processes and products in the private banking industry
- Capable of applying technology principles to business
- Experience working with project methodology and management, PMO processes (e.g. scheduling, budget management)
- Understanding of software development lifecycles (we are particularly interested in Agile)
- Can work with a team and connect with various levels – excellent communications skills are a must as you will deal with a range of characters, including very senior staff.
- Experience working as a PMO in a software/IT/Fintech/ organization –an advantage.
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Highly analytical and structured in problem-solving; able to quickly understand complex situations
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and team leadership skills
