Lhoopa is seeking a high-performing Chief of Staff to partner primarily with the COO in driving execution, alignment, and delivery across the organization. Acting as a force multiplier to the COO, this role supports the translation of priorities into structured plans, ensures follow-through across teams, and helps resolve cross-functional issues as they arise.

This position is suited for a versatile operator who performs strongly in fast-paced environments and can consistently turn direction into measurable progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Execution & Cross-Functional Delivery

1. Operationalize the COO’s agenda by driving cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
2. Provide structure and visibility across key priorities, including timelines, deliverables, and ownership.
3. Drive end-to-end execution by clarifying responsibilities, unblocking teams, enforcing deadlines, and escalating when required.
4. Maintain momentum across shifting priorities, with high standards for discipline and closure.

Leadership Cadence & Follow-Through

1. Run the COO operating rhythm (weekly priorities, meeting preparation, notes, follow-ups).
2. Maintain lightweight tracking mechanisms to ensure commitments are documented and delivered.
3. Ensure leadership meetings drive alignment, decisions, and execution.

Organizational Alignment & Communication

1. Coordinate across departments to ensure teams remain aligned on critical priorities.
2. Draft internal communications and leadership updates with clarity and precision.
3. Support change management initiatives and help drive organizational clarity on key topics.

COO Office & Representation

1. Serve as a trusted proxy for the COO in meetings, communications, and decision-making forums where direct representation is required.
2. Interact regularly with the CEO and on a daily basis with SVPs and VPs to maintain alignment, track commitments, and ensure information flows efficiently across the leadership layer
3. Step into urgent or high-sensitivity issues across the organization when required, identify root causes, and drive resolution with speed and pragmatism.

Special Projects

1. When assigned by the COO, lead discrete, time-bound projects end-to-end: scoping, resourcing, execution, and delivery. These project vary in nature and are allocated based on business needs and priorities at a given time.
2. Operate with a high degree of autonomy on assigned projects, structuring ambiguous mandates into clear plans and delivering results without requiring ongoing direction.
3. This is not a standing responsibility. Special project assignments will evolve as the organization scales and dedicated resources are brought in.

People Management & Stakeholder Leadership

1. Manage direct reports as required (analysts, coordinators, or project resources).
2. Influence senior stakeholders across teams and drive outcomes without relying on hierarchy.
3. Maintain strong working relationships while ensuring accountability and delivery.

Qualifications :

1. 8+ years of experience operating at a senior level in high-velocity environments. This could include roles such as COO, GM, VP Operations, or equivalent. Prior Chief of Staff experience is not required.
2. Demonstrated ability to work closely with senior leadership, combining strategic context with disciplined execution.
3. Highly organized and methodical, with strong ownership, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders.
5. Proptech, fintech, or technology platform experience is a strong advantage.
6. Versatile and hands-on, comfortable shifting across priorities and working effectively under ambiguity.
