Payroll and Benefits Administration
1. HMO-Process HMO enrollment and updating.-Coordinate and prepare booking entries with Finance.

2. Loans-Process various company loan programs.-Prepares detailed report of monthly deductions for submission to payroll.

3. Car Plan-Prepares PR and GRPO for approved car plan request.-Monitors car repairs and maintenance allowance of eligible employees.-Process reimbursement claims of eligible employees.

4. Fleet card-Process enrollment to fleet card of eligible employees.

5. Mutual Funds-Process Mutual Funds order of employees

6. Payment processing-Reviews and validate billing statements/ statement of account of service providers (i.e. HMO, Giftaway, etc.)-Process payment to service providers

7. Process payroll of New Hires employees

Administration of Government Statutory Benefits and Requirements
1.Ensure timely payment remittances of monthly contributions and loan payments to concernedgovernment agency.
-Monitor overall payment and deduction of employees.
-Coordinate and reconcile payroll entries related to government statutory with Finance.
-Prepares text files for Philhealth contributions, SSS contributions and SSS loans.
2.End to end processing of SSS Benefits. Including coordination with Finance for the reimbursementbooking entries
3.Processing of government benefits (loans, maternity, etc.).
4.Updates employee government records.
5.Cascade updates on government statutory to employees through organizing seminars/ webinars
