You've built your first professional experience. Now you're ready for more ownership.

As a Workday Functional Consultant at Deloitte , you'll work with local and international clients to understand business challenges, design better HR processes and translate them into technology solutions.

You'll be more than someone who configures a system. We want you to develop into someone clients can trust to understand the problem, challenge assumptions and recommend a way forward.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for people with approximately 1-2 years of experience in HR technology and/or consulting .

You don't need to come from a particular academic background.

What matters more is whether you:

• Have initial experience with Compensation or Advance Compensation modules
• Learn quickly and enjoy tackling unfamiliar problems
• Can turn ambiguity into structured questions and actions
• Are comfortable speaking with clients
• Can explain complex topics simply
• Take ownership of your work and follow things through
• Manage deadlines and changing priorities
• Proactively seek answers, expertise and support
• Can challenge ideas constructively
• Enjoy building relationships and working with people
• Are fluent in English

Previous Workday experience is valuable, but Workday knowledge alone isn't what we're hiring for .

Your future role

What you'll do

Depending on the project and your experience, you'll:

• Translate business requirements into HR processes and Workday solutions
• Investigate complex problems and recommend practical solutions
• Run parts of client workshops and requirements discussions
• Challenge client requirements constructively when there's a better approach
• Configure and test Workday functional solutions
• Present designs and recommendations clearly
• Own defined project deliverables and deadlines
• Identify risks early and help resolve them
• Support your Stream Lead in keeping delivery moving
• Build your internal network and find the right expertise when you need it
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients across countries

You'll have experienced colleagues and subject-matter experts around you. But at Consultant level, we also expect you to increasingly own the problem rather than wait for someone else to solve it .

This role requires visits in office min. 2x/month and we are looking for candidates who accepts business travels.

Selection process

1. Application & Recruiter Call - we review your CV and, if there's a good match, invite you to a short 15-minute conversation with our recruiter .
2. Technical Interview - meet with a Senior Consultant to discuss your experience, expertise, and approach to technical and business challenges.
3. Final Interview - have a conversation with a Senior Manager focused on the project, your potential role, and mutual fit.
