Business & IT Consultant

Riverland Reply is seeking a Business & IT Consultant that will accompany our customers throughout the entire project life cycle (E2E) from the first contact to the completed connection and take on responsibility for complex tasks.

Responsibilities

• Together with your international and self-organized Agile team, you will develop innovative customer-specific solutions and support the entire project life cycle (E2E)
• You act as a liaison between the business and IT teams
• You analyze IT processes and are responsible for identifying, analyzing, and collecting requirements
• Creating and maintaining user stories and acceptance criteria are also part of your daily routine
• By utilizing your strong communication skills, you will be delivering workshops and training sessions to our clients
• You actively contribute your ideas to the continuous optimization process in cooperation with our customers.

Qualifications

• You have a successfully completed university degree in (business) computer science, (business) mathematics, business administration, or a comparable mix of knowledge/experience
• The importance of creating value for a customer is rooted in your mindset
• You are inspired by the technological innovations and agile project management methods (Scrum / Kanban)
• Openness to occasional travel to work at our Munich office and directly with clients
• You have an agile mindset, confident personality, and strong communication skills in English
