Riverland Reply is seeking Senior Consultant CX supporting the development of our new unit focusing on IT and Business Consulting with a high degree of creative freedom in an innovative and international team

  • As part of a new international business initiative, you will be involved in sales, reporting, and personnel planning, as well as selecting and recruiting new team members
  • You will support in pre-sales activities including the presentation of your business to convince our new and existing customers having made the right choice
  • Delivery of the unit in terms of quality and quantity meaning that you make sure our customers, your team and you are happy with the situation in any case
  • You will be responsible for focusing on IT and Business Consulting

  • We are looking forward to your successfully completed studies in (business) computer science, (business) mathematics, business administration or a comparable qualification
  • +4 years of professional consulting experience in a leading position with personnel responsibility
  • You are very familiar with coordinating, leading, and scheduling a team and you are good at motivating team members
  • Working closely with customer to meet their expectations using fluent English and German, both spoken and written is not an obstacle for you
  • Explong the world and different business cultres excistes you so that you are open for an ocasional travel
