What the day will look like

As a Senior Sourcing Specialist, you will play a critical role in defining and implementing creative search strategies and tactics to identify, attract, engage, and evaluate top-tier executive talents across the globe. Your work will contribute to Aon's talent pipelines for specialized, high-impact leadership roles, supporting Aon's growth and development.

• Using online resources and company databases, put your well-honed sleuthing skills to play by identifying prospects for our open requisitions and pipelines
• Monitors market movements and industry trends to deliver talent market insights that shape forward-thinking sourcing strategies
• Partner with the recruitment team in intake calls with hiring managers, clarifying hiring needs and providing sourcing plans
• Create a positive candidate experience, from initial outreach through the recruitment process
• Drive innovation in executive recruitment and sourcing by exploring and pioneering new technologies, AI-powered solutions, and research approaches

This role reports to the Team Leader of Global Executive Sourcing, and partners closely with Global Executive Recruitment and business leaders. The team works with a broad range of geographies and business areas, with the focus of this role being building strong pipelines for current and future talent needs. Skills and experience that will lead to success

If you bring curiosity to understand the business need behind each search and approach challenges with thoughtful communication, you'll be on the road to success! Inquisitiveness and maintaining awareness of current news and issues associated with the risk and insurance fields to optimally apply fresh information when conducting research will be essential. A few additional requirements to be aware of:

• 5+ years in talent acquisition/sourcing, with expertise in candidate identification, talent mapping, and talent pipelining of executive-level talent globally
• Proficient in using various sourcing channels, tools, and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates
• Able to complete multiple tasks under short time constraints while demonstrating prioritization of project work
• Demonstrated through experience, a team player with the ability to work independently
• Organized, and comfortable working with data and reporting on key matrix
• High level of professionalis, and ability to communicate well with candidates, recruitment partners, and leaders in English
