About the Role

This role focuses on coordinating Environmental and Energy programs, engaging with stakeholders, supporting management systems, and driving continuous improvement across environmental and energy performance. While the ability to analyze energy data and sustainability background are important, success in this role will depend more on strong collaboration, organization, project coordination, and attention to detail than on advanced technical analysis.

What You Will Do:

• Coordinate local energy and environmental initiatives within datacenter environments.

• Work closely with operational teams, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders to track actions, drive progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

• Collect and maintain energy, water, and waste data and support regular reporting activities.

• Prepare monthly performance updates, variance reports, and sustainability summaries for stakeholders.

• Assist with execution of energy efficiency projects.

• Support the development of site energy profiles, surveys, and improvement plans.

• Maintain documentation and support compliance with ISO 50001 and ISO 14001 management systems, including audits, reviews, and corrective actions.

• Identify risks, non-conformities, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Ensure accurate recordkeeping and documentation that meets audit and compliance requirements.

• Travel approximately once per month for short visits to client sites across Europe.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 2+ years of experience in sustainability, environmental/energy management, project coordination, operations, or a similar role.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken). Polish would be an asset.

• Understanding of ISO 14001 and/or ISO 50001 frameworks highly desired, with awareness of how Integrated Energy/Environmental management systems are implemented and maintained.

• Experience supporting projects, programs, or continuous improvement initiatives in a structured environment.

• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams, regions, and functions.

• Solid organizational and project management skills, including tracking actions, managing follow-ups, maintaining documentation, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time.

• Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and proactively identify issues and opportunities for improvement.

• Ability to interpret and communicate data and performance trends; advanced technical analytics expertise is not required.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and standard business reporting tools.

What We Offer:

• Hybrid role based at the client site (located in Sękocin Stary) with the expectation to be onsite ~3 days a week.

• Comprehensive benefits package, including private medical care, sports card co-financing, and life insurance.

• Employee referral program with rewards for successful recommendations.

• Opportunity to support sustainability initiatives for a large global enterprise client.

• Ongoing opportunities to develop your expertise in sustainability, environmental management systems, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

• Exposure to international teams and projects across multiple European locations.
