Yor role in the team



A Stock Reconciliation Team manages end-to-endreconciliation to determine the stock discrepancy between Allfnds records andthe Market.



The objectives of the Team are to:

pload manal statements into the Reconciliation tool correctly and accrately.

Proactively improve statements % rate by adeqate chasing

Improve STP% rate by coordination and cooperation with TAs/ FHs

Investigate and process breaks; assign specialized breaks for frther investigation to operational teams

Track and monitor breaks with operational breaks owners to process them correctly and accrately

Perform analysis of breaks root cases and propose the preventive actions, track progress with operational team



Crrently, we are looking for a JniorSpecialist who will be among others responsible for:

Timely and accrate participation in reconciliation process performance by ploading statements to the tool

Daily collaboration with foreign external banking instittions sch as transfer agencies and fnd hoses

Collaboration between teams and departments within the organization across different contries

Flawless process delivery in line with timeframes agreed in SLAs & KPIs

Acting in line with procedres and ensring there are no mistakes reslting from not adhering to the existing rles & procedres

Raising identified breaks, assigning them to relevant recipients and making sre they are picked p and solved on time.

Prodcing clear and transparent reports to the Management and Clients

Taking part in system related tests

Maintaining sperior relationship with internal and external clients and promoting client focs approach among other team members and teams

Taking ownership in relation to own daily dties

Execting any other task prioritized by the manager / ad hoc activities
