Description

Job in Citi Private Bank's EMEA Capital Markets Operations team, responsible for high quality processing of FX Spots, OTC Options, Forwards, Swaps and various Structured Products.

The main responsibilities are related to accurate and timely processing of OTC derivatives, including:
  • accurate and timely processing of various transactions booked by the Desk
  • various reconciliation activities
  • investigating discrepancies/breaks
  • system maintenance
  • regulatory reporting under various regional regulatory regimes (e.g. Dodd-Frank)

Additional duties include:
  • engaging in various project and UAT tests
  • preparing monthly KPI and MCA results


Qualifications

  • Graduate (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
  • Economy and business administration background preferred
  • 2-3 years work experience at banking/financial institutions in Operations or within Financial Market
  • Right understanding of the control environment
  • Project management skills would be advantageous
  • Very good command of English (oral and written)
  • MS Office environment knowledge (very good knowledge of Excel)
  • Ability to effectively work on telephone/email with various parties
  • Accuracy, analytical skills and completeness is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to build and maintain effective networks and relationships
