This is a Departmental level position with Group Operational Risk Management for an outstanding individual with the passion and talent to plan, organize and coordinate departmental activities to deliver results.

What you'll do
Assist the Head of Department Management Office to drive execution and coordination on Operational Risk Management matters at departmental level and also across subsidiaries. This may involve the facilitation of strategic planning process and working in coordination with the respective teams within the department, as well as the subsidiaries.
Handle the financial planning (incl operational planning, accruals, waterfall analysis, etc) for the department
Monitor and prepare the department's metrics reports (incl the time-driven activity based costing reports, etc)
Assist in the preparation of presentation and communication decks
Other duties as required in support of the Department Management Office function


What you bring
Preferably a degree in a finance/banking or related discipline
Good understanding of the operational and key processes of departmental planning and budgeting
Able to build professional presentations for senior management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Meticulous with a keen eye for details
Able to multi-task in a competitive environment and able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines concurrently
Strong team player and able to work under minimal supervision
