Investment Services Public Markets/ ISPM, is an integrated team that provides investment service support for public market investment activities strategically and tactically. The team is responsible for business management functions for all public market investment strategy groups, as well as GIC’s global trade operations, custody control and asset servicing such as income entitlements, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate events of our underlying investments, futures and derivative operations, collateral management, pricing and rates, market data and rebalancing operations. The coverage extends across a spectrum of products such as equities, bonds, money market, foreign exchange, futures, collateralized securities and other derivatives.

We are looking for a qualified professional to join our department as a Product Manager. This is a valuable opportunity for a commercially-minded individual to define the innovation adoption roadmap across investment services.


  • Curate and manage the department’s innovation adoption roadmap and product suite, defining related technologies and tools from conceptualization stage through to launch and maintenance systematically (e.g. chatbots, AI, robotics)
  • Responsible for adoption of new products (technology and market product offerings)  to transform operations platforms, in alignment with the department’s strategy to build global capabilities
  • Collaborate closely with business users to develop and shape their user stories, problem statements and business requirements
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to adopt and launch new technologies which create business value and efficiency
  • Develop proofs of concept, solutions and design principles, prioritization of features and implementation
  • Work with business leaders to drive adoption and continually enhance toolbox based on underlying needs and trends
  • Innovate on new product ideas to stay ahead of competition



  • Good degree in a technically inclined field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or Design-related field etc
  • At least 5 years of working experience, with time spent as a business analyst, product manager or in process transformation
  • Strong ability to understand and conceptualize complex technical issues and refine them down to simple and elegant products/features
  • Experience in engaging with both business users and technical teams
  • Technically savvy in related areas such as with hands-on experience in designing, coding and using different products and technologies
