AVP/VP, OSPL - Customer Value
Responsibilities

  • Lead the customer analytics strategy to optimize business and promote a data driven culture
  • Generate customer insights throughout the customer life-cycle to sharpen marketing strategy and drive business objectives
  • Identify and track key metrics that monitor the building blocks of key business focus
  • Facilitate customer segmentation insights and strategy
  • Initiate and lead innovative ideas powered by data
  • Strategise activities in the roadmap to understand customers' needs and behaviour to support the development of products and services relevant to customers
  • Provide insights to stakeholders and collaborate with various business units to implement customer engagement and acquisition initiatives
  • Partner with OCBC's Group Customer Analytics & Decisioning Division to identity growth opportunities within and outside OCBC Group
  • Acquire and integrate new datasets to widen and deepen the coverage of customer insights for current and future needs

Reporting To: Head, OSPL - Customer Value

Qualifications
Requirements:
  • At least minimum of 8 years in a similar role
  • Possess customer analytics skills
  • Ability to identify trend, unique behaviour and business/service opportunities through data
  • Conversant with data visualization and storytelling
  • Business and customer-oriented
  • Self-motivated and performance-driven
  • Resourceful and able to foster collaboration with other stakeholders
  • Comfortable with IT infrastructure and environment
