To assist in the strategic business planning, financial evaluation and performance of the business To develop and implement robust product governance and product approval framework for both Life and General Insurance & Health products across different segments and countries. Provide product development & financial evaluation supports on Digital Strategies for both Life & General Insurance Compliance controls within the business unit to effectively manage the business, achieve financial objectives and mitigate financial risks to the business To work closely with all business partners and product providers on their product offerings to support the increasingly complex needs of many of our customers. To collaborate with other regional team for the rollout of special projects in a systematic and organized way, and align the best practices across the region To support, SVP Bancassurance Product Development, to achieve regional bancassurance strategic objectives including but not limited to sales and revenue budgets, customer penetration, franchise sales and marketing support To assist regional strategic business planning, product development and compliance and special projects Requirements
University graduate with Actuarial science qualifications A minimum 5 years actuarial product & pricing experience in insurance company or financial services and or relevant consulting organizations supporting the financial services industry; Candidate should have relevant background and experience in business planning, project management and operational management expertise. Strong analytical skills and business acumen Good organizational and project management skills Proactive, creative and independent Excellent understanding of actuarial pricing, valuation methodology and risk assessment Good English speaking and writing skills, Multi Lingual an advantage Regional experience and awareness Proficient computer skills, including Excel, Power Point, Word, etc. Apply Now
