AVP, VBM Team Lead, GTO

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead and prioritize the Application Development team's work load
  • Provide cost estimation for project/change requests
  • Carry out functional study and system design
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to provide solution
  • Manage the development of enhancements and projects
  • Manage the system testing and user acceptance testing for the deliverables
  • Track defects arising from system testing or user acceptance testing and provide timely reports
  • Ensure the defects reported from testing and production are fixed timely
  • Plan and supervise deployment of new system or enhancements
  • Provide 3 rd level support for entrusted applications
  • Develop backup and restore procedures and disaster recovery plan
  • Provide input to application/infrastructure scalability and process improvement
  • Act as a technical resource for internal and external projects
  • Follow appropriate departmental and company procedures and policies (i.e. change control, security and auditing, release, configuration, problem and incident management).

Functional Skills and Experiences
  • Familiar with the SDLC
  • Experience to lead a team in application development
  • Experience in supporting application in the performance management areas
  • Knowledge of fund transfer pricing, income and expense allocation areas
    • At least 5 years' experience in team lead role
    • Extensive problem solving and debugging skills
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and technical writing skills
    • Flexible in working outside of core business hours at short-notice

Technical Skills and Experiences
  • Minimally 5 years hands on working experience in writing SQL for data analysis using Toad or SQL Developer
  • Preferably with implementation experience in performance management reporting applications
  • Experience in OBIEE and Oracle Finance Services Application (OFSA)will be added advantages
