Business Function

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.


  • Plan the T&O Employee Engagement Program Book of Work, focusing on the strategic implementation of engagement initiatives/events in alignment with Bank’s strategy
    • Strategic management of Program budget and resources, monitoring expenditure against delivered and forecasted benefits
    • Strategic branding and communication of Employee Engagement Program
    • Ensure events are implemented against Program timeline, monitoring implementation results against success metrics
    • Ensure punctual and quality delivery of events in accordance with the Program plan
    • Accurate documentation and generation of presentations to update management on Programme progress (with escalation if necessary)
    • Maintain strong collaborative relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Responsible for driving and executing engagement events, in collaboration with internal and external parties (3rd party vendors) across the regions (Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, Indonesia and China)
  • Work closely with technical teams and external vendors to deliver successful engagements, with testing and proper follow-up on issues
  • Minimum 5 years in a people management role in a Cross-Functional/Regional/IT project office
  • Experienced in the use of Data Analytics to design and drive Employee Engagement Programme
  • Demonstrated experience in managing big-scale events and projects
  • High-energy team player, with excellent leadership skills and adaptability to dynamic environments
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, including relationship and partnership building, to effectively interface and engage stakeholders and staff across functions and at all levels
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiar with multimedia tools
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, etc) and/or knowledge of Business Agile methodology would be advantageous
