We are seeking a highly organized and detailed individual to support our administration team. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective and efficient management of administrative activities.
The scope of work will broadly cover the following areas:
Provide administrative support such as data entry, sorting and filing of documentation
Responsible for maintenance of recruitment database, coordinating and scheduling interviews, updating job postings on our website and job portals
Liaison with the offshore team to ensure proper invoicing, payment of bills, etc.
Assistance with payroll, invoices, expenses, leave records, timesheet management
Responsible for payment collections
Responsible for guest house maintenance
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors
Skills & experience:
Able to work independently, pro-active and well structure
3-4 years of previous Data Entry/Administrative experience
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent in time management and organisational skills
