•Support the AEJ IT (Asia ex-Japan Information Technology) Business Manager is covering key responsibility areas such as Vendor governance, review and help build regional presentations
•Support day-to-day management of AEJ Technology organization in Singapore
•Administrative responsibilities such as visitor logistics, stationery management, seating and restack and management support (e.g. Travel booking, Calendar management and Travel and Expenses)
•Coordinate with Admin teams in other Asia locations to ensure smooth functioning of processes including but not limited to resource onboarding, vendor management, cost management, department compliance as needed.
•Support the organizing of IT events such as Hackathons, Tech Fairs and other team events.
Key Experience & Skills
•3 to 5 years overall experience
•Prior experience in team administration or business management is preferred
•Demonstrated problem solving capabilities in managing the day-to-day operations of a multi-location department
•Ability to work with teams across geographies
•Proficiency in MS Office
•Knowledge of Singapore regulations related to MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) and TRM (Technology Risk Management) will be given preference
•Knowledge of Capital Markets and/or Wealth Management will be given preference
•Familiar with technology, technological solutions and use of technology to improve business processes.
