Key Responsibilities:
  • Must focus on promoting stability and quality of support services in line with our regional strategy and technology management policies, as well as day to day operation and you will oversight for the various applications operating in the region and globally.
  • You will be part of APAC Support L2 team and is a support analyst's role based in Singapore you are supposed to work closely with 1st level support teams to ensure team is meeting the support SLA as per business requirements.
  • You can be responsible to attend and respond to compliance, audit or BAU production issues related to core cash suite of applications.
  • Effectively communicate issues and status updates with business users, development teams and APAC Support Lead, Translate business issues into technology requirements.
  • Able to analyze complex problems / situations and to propose simple solutions to business in a language they understand.
  • Build and maintain a knowledge base to ensure that knowledge transfer takes place within the team, help to define record and execute application disaster recovery plans and procedures.
  • You would be working closely with infrastructure and supporting technology groups across a distributed Wintel or Unix/Linux environment to drive problem resolution and service levels.

  • Middleware : Tibco Business Works, Business Events & Tibco Admin
  • File Transfer : IBM Connect Direct / NDM & SFTP
  • Scheduling Tools : Autosys or related batching tools
