Assistant Manager, Credit Control
As Assistant Manager for Credit Control, you will support the Manager in leading and managing a team of Executives on the accounts receivables, debt analysis and collection from various channels. You are also required to lead and drive the discussions, stakeholder management and implementations of change initiatives in Credit Control operations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist the Manager on operational matters and ensure the smooth operation of the team
  • Ensure that key operation SLAs and collection targets are met
  • Lead, provide coaching and guidance to team members
  • Ensure that escalated issues are tracked, managed and resolved on a timely basis
  • Initiate and performs work process reviews to enhance operational efficiencies, streamlining and standardization of work processes across various channels, and ensures that standard operations procedures are updated promptly
  • Collaborate and liaise with Business departments to manage the various portfolios
  • Collaborate and liaise with Business Owners and IT on projects and new business initiatives
  • Prepare and collate the monthly management statistics for business reporting


Qualifications
  • Degree or Diploma in any discipline
  • 5 years of relevant experience in collection/recovery knowledge preferred
  • Good knowledge in Ms Excel and Access
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence
  • Good leadership skills with ability to lead change and develop people
