The Role
- Support relationship managers with KYC, marketing materials, reports, and client meeting coordination
- Track and monitor client transactions; prepare loan and administrative documentation in line with regulatory requirements
- Support new business development such as client onboarding, business calls, site visits, and tracking pipeline progress
- Conduct ongoing KYC monitoring and screening per internal policy and regulation
- Prepare periodic reports in line with internal and regulatory requirements
- Support clients with internet banking setup, activation, and troubleshooting, liaising with Operations/IT and Head Office as needed
- Act as a client point of contact for day-to-day banking needs
- Liaise across departments and Head Office to support smooth processes
What You'll Need
- University degree with at least 3 years' experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager in banking
- Exposure to transaction banking such as liquidity/cash management and trade finance
- Strong multitasking ability and comfort working under pressure to deadlines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client servicing skills; proficient in MS Office
