Position Description

Background: Our mission in Resiliency Testing is to make the firm resilient by exercising and testing people, processes and technology.
This role is based in the Singapore office, and will be a team member in business continuity/disaster recovery initiatives and process activities associated with business continuity testing program (internal and third party related) in Asia Pacific. The individual will manage business continuity tests documentation with internal quality assurance and control protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Individual will ensure conduct business continuity tests, system failover tests for critical applications in the integrated and/or standalone business continuity tests.
  • Individual will manage integrated & standalone business continuity tests documentation with internal quality assurance and control protocols.
  • Individual will provide coordination and follow up on all issues identified during the business continuity integrated tests.
  • Individual will provide coordination on Third Party (including financial market utilities) critical applications recovery tests and enforce documentation requirements.

Key Requirements
  • Working knowledge of Business Continuity and Information Technology.
  • Technical knowledge of a wide range of business continuity controls and the processes used for evaluating/testing their design and effectiveness.
  • Strong meeting facilitation skills.
  • A keen interest in working with details.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Written and verbal. Able to translate technical jargons to non-technical business partners.
  • Ability to work independently and with the team, self motivator.
  • Application of business continuity across broad scopes of business portfolios including technology (hardware, software applications) and service areas.
  • Ability to converse in languages found within Asia Pacific region.
