Assistant Vice President (C12)
• Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) SME with deep knowledge of CRM technical solutions, CRM business processes, application design and implementation experience. 
• Ability to work independently with business users, vendor and other technical teams to deliver project/enhancement, covering requirement gathering, solutioning, design, development, testing, and deployment. 
• Ability to collaboratively work as part of agile Scrum team 
• Managing business and security process laid by Business and Technical Security office
• Lead vendor in problem determination and recovery from CRM problems, and work with various parties to implement fixes for CRM problems.
• Candidate should have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant IT working experience including expertise in enterprise architecture, business solutions , development, testing and deployment  
• Experience in CRM functional and technical understanding of the infrastructure with ability to articulate required hardware

Req Qualifications: 
o 8-10 years of relevant IT experience with 2 years' experience in Banking domain
o Minimum of 3 years' of CRM experience preferred.
o Good knowledge and hands on experience in designing  Enterprise level Applications and SOA  
o Familiarity with customer Journey in retail banking and Credit cards.
o Managed a team of 5-15 people and possesses good communication skills.
Education:
o Bachelor's Degree or University Degree in Engineering or Technology from reputed institution
Technical Skills Set:
o Familiarity with Agile development methodology and tools
o Working knowledge of Java, JEE, Database preferable Oracle 11x 
o Experience in architecting solutions around CRM
o Preferred experience in Consumer banking knowledge with understanding of various banking products
o Preferred knowledge in PEGA, SALESFORCE, SUGARCRM, etc
