We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Vice President Sales Quality .

Principal responsibilities

  • ​Provide assurance that HSBC's customers are treated fairly and are recommended products that are suitable for their needs and appetite for risk
  • Review sales documentation to ensure Sales Quality standards are maintained and conduct risk issues are flagged and remediated.
  • Manage the review of customer outcomes through call backs in line with HSBC Global Minimum Sales Quality Standards
  • Attain and maintain competence in local regulatory requirements and use this to provide a view of sales quality for the business in accordance with relevant process and procedures
  • Deal with general enquiries from the sales force at all levels and other internal customers, ensuring all enquiries are resolved satisfactorily.

  • ​Degree holder with relevant experience in the financial services industry
  • Good knowledge of Financial Services industry and regulations
  • Qualification in Financial Planning preferable
  • Autonomy in decision making regarding review of sales
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Sales Quality Standards and Sales Procedures and application in a holistic planning approach
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to understand urgency and prioritisation when required
