We are currently looking for an Associate, Digital Marketing, Brand & Marketing.


The purpose of this role is to manage digital marketing media and tools to create awareness and Existing-To-Bank / New-To-Bank leads for Retail Banking marketing campaigns. A subset of the role will be managing the Retail Banking's social media strategy.


1. Manage digital marketing campaigns for Retail Banking products/segments, including planning, execution, measurement and results reporting
a. Understand business challenge/opportunities and translate to digital marketing plan to meet objectives and targets;
b. Work with agencies and marketing team to execute digital marketing plans spanning paid media space;
c. Understand and able to leverage Google Search, Facebook and Programmatic;
d. Ensure end to end tracking/measurement and reporting i.e. Google Analytics.

2. Develop overall social media strategy for Retail Banking products/segments.
a. Co-ordinate overall content calendar with internal stakeholders.
b. Work with social agency team to create compelling content and execute organic and paid social strategy to achieve ETB and NTB leads.
c. Understand and leverage Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram platforms
d. Ensure end to end tracking/measurement and reporting

3. Agency/ relationship management
a. Negotiate and optimise budget allocation
b. Identify risk around engagement process

4. Target
a. Deliver on set campaign goals for Retail Banking marketing campaigns.
b. Improve customer journey to drive awareness/lead generation and respective conversions.
c. Timely delivery of projects and initiatives


1. Functional
a. Min 5-7 years of digital marketing experience.
b. At least 3 years of hands-on experience in independently managing and executing digital media performance plans.
c. At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in social media and/or content marketing.
d. Working in or experience in managing digital media agencies is a plus.

2. Talent, Skills & Knowledge
a. Deep understanding in optimisation and usage of digital paid media such as Google Search, Facebook, Display and Programmatic to deliver business results.
b. Comfortable dealing with numbers and dealing with technology platforms (min. Adwords, Google Analytics and Facebook Insights) to articulate and recommend media strategies and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
c. Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication. Comfortable with writing social media posts when required.
d. Strong analytical skills on level of campaign evaluation.
e. Ability to work independently and managing multiple projects
f. Team player who understand group dynamics and can work in matrix organisation
