PMG Management Office is the Operating Centre of Excellence for entire Product Management Group across all product offerings and asset classes. The team is responsible for Strategic initiatives, new products, change and transformation projects, Governance and Control, and Business Management.
Reporting to Products Foundation Lead, you will be a key member for Data mining, Reporting, Analytics and Data Governance capabilities within PMG

Main Duties:

  • Lead the centralization and governance of Market Data providers Bankwide to enable tactical and strategic build of Product data / catalogue
  • Ownership of various reports pertaining to Suitability Checks / Product specific Pre Trade checks that is owned and maintained by Products Team
  • Reviewing and running the reports, maintenance and enhancements of the reports
  • Work as a BA in the Products Catalogue Tactical Solutions and also in Strategic solution as and when needed
  • Organize and support ad-hoc management reporting, audit queries, other change initiative as needed from time to time.
  • Work on ad hoc bankwide change projects such as collateral management whenever needed
  • Liaise with key stakeholders across the Bank such as Front Office, Product Specialists and Research teams for clarifications and issue resolution on matters related to reports, launches, etc.
  • Continuous improvement / reengineering and automation/ tools to ensure efficiency and accuracy of outputs

  • Solid knowledge and understanding of Private Banking business and financials
  • Detail oriented, analytical, organized and able to cope well under time constraints and deadlines - manage priorities well
  • Proficiency and Advanced user with macros and associated tools (excel skills) and technologies (VBA and related scripting) and knows about trading terminals e.g. Bloomberg
  • Can switch easily between change initiatives and BaU - motivated, has the drive and energy
  • Ability to lead and provide guidance as and when needed
