We are currently looking for a highly competent professional to join the newly created Relationship Manager, Centre of Excellence (RM CoE). This role is responsible for optimising critical RM processes through enhanced client data/insights, the creation and evolution of client-centric RM dashboards and the improved automation of key sales tools and platforms reporting directly to the Head, RM CoE.


Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Identify key areas for improvement in existing sales processes to better enable RMs to full client centricity ie Account Planning, Deal Pipeline, Call Reports, Client Profitability etc
  • In partnership with the Client Intelligence Head and via participation in the Global Banking Innovation Forum, design and deliver frontline tools to improve identification of opportunities to drive profitable growth
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales discipline, RM performance KPIs through ideation of an evolved data strategy (in partnership with CEE and ITO) to enable more robust and insightful management reporting and much more agile delivery
  • Play an instrumental role in the evolution of the mobile agenda as it relates to RM mobile tools and two-way feedback channels
  • Work in close collaboration with the RM CoE team members, the GB Innovation Forum, Head of Client Intelligence, CEE and ITO to deliver insightful data and technology solutions to RMs and the frontline
  • Engage effectively with all key stakeholders across Product COOs and other functional stakeholders
  • Demonstrate awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the Group operates and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role
  • Responsible complying with governance related to applicable internal policies and external laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with business controls as required
  • Operating in compliance with a strong conduct, risk and control environment to minimise operational loss and audit failures and appropriate focus on issue resolution

Key Qualifications and Capabilities:

  • Bachelor or Masters degree
