We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Associate Relationship Manager, Business Banking .

Principal responsibilities

  • To manage existing portfolio and attain high customer satisfaction by meeting the customers financial needs and requirements
  • To acquire new to bank corporate customers
  • Preferably with knowledge of the Singapore Small Medium Enterprise market and currently in a Relationship Manager role in this market
  • Knowledge of Global Markets, Credit exposure, Payments and Cash Management as well as Trade Services products
  • To ensure all actions are compliant to all policies, guidelines, regulations and HSBC global standards
  • Financial credit analysis skills are a must
  • Continually review the quality of borrowing relationships of customers so that bad debts are kept to a minimum and the business relationship with the customer is successfully managed.
  • Close liaison with colleagues from other lines of business, business segments, products and services to introduce the current and prospective corporate customer to the full suite of business banking solutions

  • Able to effectively communicate with clients, prospects and internal stakeholders
  • Well versed with Credit memos and credit approval requirements
  • Has experience in a dedicated client relationship role and proven track record of meeting customer's financial needs successfully
  • Highly driven as well as motivated to excel and be able to thrive when faced with challenges
  • Outgoing personality and willing to meet people.
