Financial & Strategic Investors Group ("FSIG")
FSIG is a client segment within the Bank managing relationships with Private Equity and Sovereign Wealth Fund clients, providing solutions across Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, Financial Markets and Transaction Banking. The team is responsible for covering its clients' operational needs at the fund level, as well as any requirements during the lifecycle of their investment activity starting with idea generation, M&A advisory and financing for their acquisitions, risk management solutions, through to the final sale or exit of the portfolio company.

Job Description
Provide support in the coverage and/or execution of transactions involving FSIG clients. The FSIG team is responsible for originating transactions, and will work closely as a team with the Relationship Managers, Industry Bankers and Product Partners to deepen client relationships and drive revenue and returns growth.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
* Participate in origination and execution of transactions
* Support the preparation of presentation materials for use in client meetings
* Maintain up to date knowledge on clients and their portfolio companies
* Assist in idea generation, including research and analysis of companies, industries and markets
* Coordinate efforts with deal team members across the Bank
* Build financial models to evaluate companies, analyze debt capacity, capital structures and valuation
* Various other analyses including comparable companies analysis and evaluating precedent transactions

Qualifications and Skills
* 3 - 4 years relevant experience within the corporate finance team of an investment bank or Big 4 accounting firms
* Relevant bachelor degree from a top-tier school, with strong academic performance
* Strong interest in private equity space
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Strong work ethic, sense of ownership, detail oriented, proactive personality
* Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
* Ability to excel in both team and self-directed settings
