We are seeking motivated university graduates and early-career professionals with approximately one year of working experience to join a reputable Bank in Singapore.

Opportunities may be available across banking business, operations and support functions. Your department and responsibilities will be determined based on the Bank’s business needs, your strengths and suitability.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your assigned department, your responsibilities may include:

1. Support day-to-day banking activities, business operations and departmental workflows.
2. Assist with client servicing, enquiries, documentation and follow-up.
3. Support account opening, customer due diligence and document verification, where relevant.
4. Prepare reports, presentations, research summaries and data analysis.
5. Coordinate with internal departments and relevant stakeholders on business and operational matters.
6. Assist with projects, process improvements and other departmental initiatives.
7. Maintain accurate records and carry out assigned duties in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.

Requirements

1. A recognised university degree in any discipline. Graduates in Banking, Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics or related fields are encouraged to apply.
2. Fresh graduates or candidates with approximately one year of working experience are welcome.
3. Good command of English with clear communication and interpersonal skills.
4. A strong interest in banking and willingness to learn.
5. Analytical, organised and attentive to detail.
6. Adaptable and open to working in different banking functions according to business needs.
7. A proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and ability to work well in a team.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
9. Previous banking internships or relevant work experience would be an advantage, but are not essential.
