You will formulate localized strategies and execute the branch strategies by leading the Business Manager (Sales) and Service Manager (Operations) to achieve the Bank’s overall objectives, Financial KPIs, managing the Bank’s customer segment (Retail, Premier Wealth and RSME) and branch service team overseeing the service and operational risk aspect of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

•Promote a high level of sales and service performance and productivity in all customer segments
•Lead the Business Manager and Service Manager and drive a strong branch sales and service performance culture through effective performance management
•Manages the Branch Operational Risk aspect and Customer Service Levels including queue time and service quality
•Promote growth in lending, wealth and cards business products and services



•A recognized bachelor degree in business, finance or wealth management
•Preferably more than 3 years banking experience' in a leadership role in both sales and operations
•Relevant business experience in the following segments; Retail, Premier and Retail SME are preferred
•Analytical, excellent communication skills and able to communicate business direction effectively and positively to the sales force.
