You will be a key member of an agile development squad, building brand solutions and driving implementation activities that progresses the rollout of the refreshed brand across the organisation. You will work in a tightly formed cross-functional team that has the responsibility to build and implement brand changes across a broad range of internal and external touchpoints, such as digital platforms, cards, branches, corporate offices, collateral and employee touchpoints.


  • Working with the Product Owner team, you will write and refine user stories in preparation for sprints
  • Estimate stories and plan sprints with your agile squad
  • Participate and/or lead showcases and product acceptance
  • Actively contribute to retrospectives and a culture of continual learning
  • Adopt learning and seek to make an active contribution to team and self-improvement
  • Design and build brand solutions 
  • Design and deliver implementation and change activities
  • Participate in user acceptance testing with other teams


You are a skilled delivery professional with proven experience of leading large-scale brand and/or marketing projects in multinational globally distributed organisations. You have experience of bringing a brand to life through collaboration with digital teams in financial services or another industry.


  • At least 8-year experience in a project or program delivery role, 
  • At least 3 years in an agile environment (ideally Scrum) 
  • Fluent understanding of Scrum ceremonies, roles and processes
  • Led large scale brand and/or marketing projects in a multinational environment
  • Managed multi-million-dollar budgets, reporting and tracking 
  • Functional skills in web, social, UI/UX is advantageous
  • International experience with strong cultural adaptability and ability to work with a variety of teams
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencer and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (both written English and verbal)
  • An effective problems solver and outcome-focussed
  • Positive “can do” attitude 
  • Flexible approach and attitude to work
  • Managing multiple tasks


  • Scrum certifications (e.g., Product Owner, Scrum Master, Scrum Professional)
