Primary accountability in the region for:
  • Overall all CTI Governance, financial management, Reporting and Business Office Management
  • CTI Tech Planning and Analysis, including Workforce Management, Productivity Management, Investment Management, Expense Management, Chargeback Operations and Reporting
  • The candidate and strategic planning and thought leadership
The Senior BM must be able to influence execution and results across all CTI teams. The building of relationships and partnerships will be required to respond to management regular ad-hoc requests. Must be able to balance multiple requests and self-prioritize those requests in a manner that ensures critical items are completed promptly and effectively. Must be able to lead change and develop innovative solutions that enables the organization to operate efficiently and effectively. Expected to have regular interaction with and presentations to Regional O&T Leadership and Global CTI leadership. 
Other responsibilities include:
  • Manage ad-hoc strategic analytical requests and lead efforts in the analysis and generation of detailed management information reporting - liaise with operational partners including FinCon, HR, Risk & Control Management and Regional Technology Partners


  • 10+ years in O&T management experience, 5+ years financial P&L ownership, 5+ years executive communication and governance experience
  • Must be able to structure, plan and execute strategic analysis and initiatives
  • Strong skills in relationship building and management, program management/planning, presentations and communication. Very strong influencing and partnering skills
  • Highly-motivated, strong performer with a proven ability to work effectively with virtual and remote teams
  • Must have people management experience, outstanding analytical capabilities, ability to produce executive reporting
  • Demonstrate leadership and adaptability when facing unique challenges encountered
  • Commitment to quality, attention to detail, and continuous improvement. Focus on delivery and execution; able to focus on details while seeing big picture
  • Strong meeting organization and facilitation skills, experience and ease in interfacing with Senior Management and technical support teams
  • Analytical, flexible, team-oriented, have good interpersonal and follow up skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
