Business Analyst (Insurance)

Reporting to the Head of Department

Reponsibilities:

• Manages important business initiatives, projects and activities of diverse scope with own discipline
• Works independently under general direction within broadly defined framework.
• Continues to acquire both insurance distribution and specialized functional knowledge, more complex skills and operating practices.
• Builds collaborative work relationships across the organization and delivers solutions also to external
• customers on specific issues.
• Assumes responsibility for distribution strategic planning and executing assignments, i.e. business modelling,
  performance analysis, etc.
• Acts as a business leader managing the work of a team or as an expert business resource if required
• Drives team work to resolve complex business issues through sharing in-depth knowledge and experience.
• Makes operational decisions on policies, tactics critical to the function's business success.
• Assumes responsibility for delivery of quality outcomes of complex and business initiatives and critical projects
  integrating client needs, strategic business goals of the function and financial objectives

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst or project management
• Strong knowledge in insurance distribution processes
• Good communication skills
• Able to manage internal or external stakeholders well
