Position Purpose
To work closely with the Location Head and partnering with various business/functions within BNP Paribas Securities Services (BP2S), providing support on business development, performance management, strategy and other performance/management topics.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Development and Strategy
    • Assist the Location Head in driving the planning and execution of strategic businesses and growth priorities
    • Work with the various BP2S teams (e.g. Client Development / Sales) to understand our clients and revenue streams
    • Support the running of management committees
    • Produce business related management information
  2. Performance Management
    • Co-ordination of budget preparation and forecasts
    • Monitor and analyze actuals versus budgets
    • Work on financial performance monitoring, reporting and analysis - includes revenue run-rate, risk return analysis, key strategic initiatives and progress
    • Support the preparation of business review decks and other strategy and/or management decks as required
  3. Transversal Support
    • Transversal governance and organization
    • Co-ordinate BP2S communication plans
    • Provide support to Business Continuity Plan (BCP), Operational Permanent Control (OPC) and Internal Audit (IG) topics
    • Annual employee survey correspondent for BP2S Singapore - analyzing results and tracking action points

Competencies (Technical / Behavioral):
  • Understanding of the Securities Services business
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders within BP2S, as well as across the bank and regions (Finance teams)
  • Strong analytical capability, agile
  • Good presentation and communication skills
Specific Qualifications Required:
  • 7 or more years in relevant financial services organisation(s)
  • Previous business management experience is preferred
  • Degree holder
  • Proficiency in MS Office
