We Offer
  • Challenging role in the PB APAC AML/KYC Competency Centre, which is part of the PB APAC COO Organisation
  • Developing and taking on responsibility for the framework for AML/KYC in PB APAC based on global framework for the client lifecycle stages, transaction monitoring and working on regulatory projects from Global to ensure global alignment and consistency in the APAC region.
  • Actively contributing to the identification and assessment of key AML/KYC risks across PB APAC and where relevant, recommend creative solutions to handle, mitigate and monitor these identified risks and address underlying issues by driving process changes or improvements to the controls.
  • Supporting the Head to develop and handle the AML/KYC framework for PB APAC.
  • Coordinating with the respective Location First Line of Defense Support, Controls and Monitoring, Financial Crime Compliance, Operations and other key partners as the expert for AML/KYC topics.
  • Assisting in various projects/working groups with regional and location partners and lead discussions with PB APAC partners. Further to providing feedback from partners back to Global and likewise from Global back to PB APAC.
  • Preparing and handling interactions with internal/external auditors, Controls & Testing Assurance team or any regulatory inspections, addressing any gaps identified and tracking & monitoring the closure of related action items.
  • Leading and driving AML/KYC related projects along the client lifecycle processes arising from audits, regulatory inspections, controls and monitoring review results and have frequent interactions with senior business associates, including PB APAC management.
  • Ensure that processes designed meet regulatory expectations, internal policies and procedures.


You Offer
  • Minimum of 8-10 years equivalent work experience in financial institutions, private banking/wealth management experience preferred.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills along with presentation skills.
  • Ability to hold individual discussions with all levels (including senior management), including the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with all personnel.
  • Effective organizational and project management skills to handle the coordination of multiple priorities.
  • Independent judgement with proficient analytical and risk assessment skills.
  • Ability to grasp risk and control issues quickly
  • Wide degree of creativity and latitude.
  • You are ambitious, dedicated, hardworking and can work on own initiative whilst also working collaboratively and deliver on time with a high level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
