The Business Change Management function (part of the broader Business Support Management team ) is tasked with a variety of business administration and control responsibilities in support of Corporate & Investment Bank lines-of-business and functions. Typically each team-member acts as a liaison between Business Management, individuals within a specific business or function alignment, Corporate or third-party technology and other support providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support CIB Lines-of-Business to provide Business Change Management operational support
- Monitor and action items on the Singapore BCM work queue
• Execution of the end to end process of staff on-boarding and off-boarding, BAU technology requests, not limited to,
- Process system and application access for new hires, removal of access for offboarded employees and internal transfers within the firm
- Access validation and control for on, offboarding and transfer
- Initiate all technology related requests and managing them to completion through JPM systems
• Inventory management (e.g., Desktops, Laptops, Corporate owned devices, etc.)
• Real Estate management: maintenance of floor plan, move management, floor access control and cost allocation
• Mediate ad hoc tech requests with various technology and Hub teams; Project coordination and implementation
• Location specific access controls applied for front office (out of office hours tracking; visitor licensing liaison with controls team; develop improved initiatives leveraging FTC and smart access). Plays active physical access approver role and build on improved MIS (smart access, epic, FTC).
• Business Contingency plan coordination and support.
-The candidate is expected to pick up the Resiliency BRC role across SG and small sites where agreement with BMs based out of SG (e.g. Trading, Sales, Banking ). Expectations include supporting optimization efforts in plan consolidation, timely updates and more active overall MIS tracking in staff attrition's.

• Strong organizational skill, ability to balance multiple tasks, prioritize conflicting needs and work to tight deadlines
• Ability to analyse processes and issues: troubleshoot, problem solve and improve
• Strong control mind set and high level of attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence multiple stakeholder groups.
• Work in partnership with other regions, LOBs and support groups
• Work independently whilst also operating effectively in a team based environment
• Awareness of J.P.Morgan CIB key lines of business and organizational structure
• Previous working experiences of technology or control functions would be advantageous
• Minimum 3 years working experience, preferable Investment Banking
