Liquidity Solutions (LS) is an integral part of J.P.Morgan's Treasury Services (TS) business which comprises: Cash Management and Trade Finance. Liquidity Solutions is responsible for the TS balances sheet, and works closely with business partners across JPMorgan, such as Corporate Treasury, JPMorgan Asset Management and third parties providers, to deliver the right mix of cash and short-term investment products to our client base.

The Account Services Product Manager is part of the APAC Liquidity Solutions team which is responsible for ensuring APAC product priorities are integrated into the Global Liquidity Product Strategy and consistent delivery of Account Services products across the region within a set risk and control framework. The team is also responsible for leading new product development initiatives as well as the day-to-day management of Account Services products. Products in-scope of the Account Services include standard Demand Deposit Accounts (DDA), Blocked Account Control Account (BACA) as well as Virtual Account Management (VAM).

The Account Services Product Manager works closely with the LS Global Product Team, APAC Country Managers, Client Solutions, and functional partners like Sales, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology, Implementation and Client Service.


• Setting pricing strategy & positioning for APAC Account Services products, ensuring alignment with the Global Strategies, and in line with APAC priorities
• Supporting new business growth, by:
- ensuring Account Services products are positioned properly, and well understood across the organization globally
- developing product training plan for LS Client Solutions and Sales
- working with LS Client Solutions to create account structures targeted at different client needs/segments to facilitate the selling and on-boarding process
- creating product collaterals to support the training and selling liquidity Account Services products
- developing baseline product materials with the Global Liquidity team, and working with APAC Country Product Managers to incorporate country specific considerations.
• Developing a robust understanding of market dynamics across the region - competition, regulatory changes, emerging client requirements and product needs across client segments
• Identify product gaps, prioritize enhancement requirements and develop business case to support investment requests. This involves:
- Working with LS Client Solutions, Sales to identify product gaps, and develop business requirements in conjunction with the Global Liquidity team and the APAC Country Product Managers for country nuances.
- Working closely with the Product Development team to ensure smooth delivery of new product launches / enhancements.
- Responsible for developing baseline end-to-end processes for product initiatives that are rolled out in APAC.
- Managing the New Business Approval process for new product initiatives that cut across APAC
- Drive new product innovation with LS Client Solutions & LS Country Managers and cross-sharing information across markets in APAC, and globally where applicable
- Responsible within APAC for creating baseline global/regional agreement templates for Account Services products, and working with LS Country Managers on country addendums (where applicable) for rollout into each location.
- Ensure client on-boardings for newly launched products are smooth by working closely with stakeholders like Technology, Operations, Implementation, Sales, Credit etc.
- Work with the Client Service and Implementation teams to streamline processes and achieve a consistent client experience.
- Create framework for escalation and resolution of client agreement negotiation, production issues etc as it relates to Account Services products.

• Knowledge of liquidity products and experience with account structuring is a plus
