Job Description

  • This role works within the Client Lifecycle Design and Management (CLDM) Delivery team to support delivery of a quality service to our clients and achieve regulatory compliance across the end-to-end client lifecycle, including coverage of AML, KYC, Tax, OTC reform and FM regulations
  • Provide Change Management and Project Management expertise to implement the COLT (Client Onboarding Lifecycle Tool) operating model and platform into BAU
  • Formulate and execute against change management plans
  • Own and produce key change management deliverables, ensuring key stakeholders are engaged and bought-in throughout delivery
  • Support delivery of communications, training and implementation activities across global teams

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support Head of Change Management in driving operating model and platform implementations across in-scope countries
  • Produce key change management deliverables to ensure business readiness for adopting target state operating model and platform
  • Work closely with Group and Regional Change Management teams to execute and localise workstream deliverables:
    • Stakeholder identification, assessment and engagement
    • Conduct Business Impact Assessments, including qualitative and quantitative analysis (e.g. volume, touch time and FTE impacts) to articulate impacts between current and target state and identify change management needs across impacted business units
    • Ensure identified business impacts are adequately addressed through training and communications deliverables
    • Support training development and delivery across impacted stakeholder groups
    • Support communications development and delivery to drive critical project messages across a broad range of global stakeholders
  • Track and facilitate review of country operating model deltas to globally defined standards, policies and processes
  • Manage and effectively engage key stakeholders across front office, middle office, operations, compliance, FCC and IT to deliver workstream outcomes
  • Conduct workshops and meetings to deliver workstream outcomes and provide inputs for project governance forums
  • Occasional need to work on weekends to support testing and go live activities
  • Occasional need to liaise across timezones (Hong Kong, Middle East, United Kingdom, United States) to engage local stakeholders
  • May require occasional travel to support training and pre-live implementation activities

  • Effectively manages relevant business stakeholders across the end-to-end Client Lifecycle, including Relationship Managers, Product teams, COBAM and CET
  • Regional CLDM Change Delivery teams
  • COLT design teams (Business Analysts)
  • COLT IT delivery teams
  • COLT Project Managers
  • CLDM Policy Implementation
  • Regional and Local Change Champions

Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree qualified with at least 8+ years of experience as a Change Manager or Project Manager with experience managing business stakeholder change in the context of process and system implementations
  • Weighs up benefits of short term tactical and long term strategic options to ensure solutions are delivered to the appropriate scale, scope and timing
  • Process, commercial and operational awareness needed to develop appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and work with minimal management oversight
  • Interpersonal skills in networking, influencing and decision taking
  • Strong communication skills - oral, written and presentation
  • Senior business-facing change management and implementation expertise
  • Knowledge of CIB and CB business segments, client types and product offerings
  • Subject matter expertise in CDD and CLM system and process
