Card Operations, Team Lead

Responsibilities
  • Support and guide card processing team with regards to credit/debit/unsecured lending related application processing, post approval and maintenance activities
  • Good understanding of unsecured lending products and systems
  • Support business unit in activities such as new card launches, conversion activities & regulatory changes and advise process and system changes accordingly
  • Understand and suggest operational changes based on new regulatory and compliance directives

Requirements
  • Possess university degree and 4-5 years' of work experience in retail bank
  • Prior experience in card issuing and processing operations
  • A good understanding of operational risk, AML/CFT, CDD procedures with respect to retail banking/ card processing
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good team player with strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with internal business partners and inter-department associates
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve issues and drive improvement initiatives
  • Proficient in MS Office software such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
