Description

  • Manage day to day operation in performance team
  • Ensure that portfolio performance review is done on timely basis as the data is used by bankers & clients via Inview
  • Work with Technology and Global Operations counterparts to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance systems
  • Analyze, track and report performance related statistics to the management team
  • Perform documentation of operation procedures, service standards and control processes
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to improve Performance processes
Handling of enquiries:


- Attend to incoming enquiries from bankers/clients related to financial and performance reports.
- Understand the queries from bankers/clients and take the appropriate action which may include the following:
o Training user on the report logic
o Explanation on the financial & performance figures
o Following up on feedback if enhancement is required
o Work with technology team if fixes are required for issues raised by bankers

Custom report:
- Handling of custom report requests from bankers where standard system report cannot cater to client's requirements.
- Being a maker or checker of the custom reports
- Ability to understand the requests from clients and prepare the manual report per the requirements.
- Knowledge and understanding of financial products, investments positions and performance.
- Manage the expectations of bankers/clients of the delivery of the reports.

Projects:

Ability to identify areas of improvements in system reports or custom reports
Ability to work with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the
project to implementation.
Other duties include day-to-day client summary reporting, participating in UAT
testing and project releases, engaging technology on current issues and to work
on adhoc reporting projects.

Qualifications

  • Good degree from a recognized university in Finance or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of banking products and investment instruments
  • Knowledge of Visual Basic, MS Access and SQL would be an advantage
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and Work with minimal supervision
  • Able to interact and Work with other team members/other units to resolve issues
  • Team player who is committed to Work under minimal supervision
