2+ years customer service and technical support experience working in the electronic trading space | Experience in trading platform, futures, equities, options, derivatives, bonds or related products | Exposure with Small Offices, HNWI, Retail, Small Banks, Hedge Funds, related firms

Our client is looking for a Client Account Services role who will be the first point of contact for all client service needs and technical support enquiries primarily by telephone, email and CRM cases.


Responsibilities include:


  • Providing excellent customer service, technical support and access administration service
  • Assist all clients on funding and transfers
  • Trading Platform and Product assistance and queries
  • Client Reporting and data maintenance
  • Account updates and amendments
  • Handling and distributing incoming support and incident questions


Requirements for the role:


  • Min 2 years customer service and client support experience within BFSI market is a must
  • Work with Institutional clients like small banks, family offices, brokers, hedge funds, others related clients
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast pace environment
  • Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Have strong organizational skills and great attention to detail
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Some knowledge of various Capital Markets products is an advantage
