Work closely with Legal/Compliance and Operations to ensure compliant, strong and smooth processes during due diligence so that we can better advise the Sales organization in order to provide the best client experience. He/she will need to have an overview of the daily tasks, and ongoing projects and ensure the alignment between the team and the global organization.

 Main Responsibilities

  • Work as part of the local Onboarding Team ensuring that all private, corporate and institutional client applications are processed efficiently
  • Analyse issues with current applications and help to identify solutions
  • Ongoing maintenance/refresh existing customer data and periodic review of corporate and institutional clients, ensuring documentation is accurate & current
  • Work with key stakeholders &  HQ to identify potential improvements on Onboarding Team’s process flows and procedures
  • Responsible for creating, maintaining and aligning work-related work instructions and procedures
  • Manage the team, including hiring, performance evaluation and monitor daily team work load




  • Hands on experience onboarding Singapore and APAC private, corporate and institutional clients
  • Strong, solid knowledge of the local AML and KYC regulations
  • Strong client facing experience
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Minimum 1 year managerial experience
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise multiple projects
  • Able to understand and apply legal and compliance procedures
