My Client is an established, top tier Swiss Private Bank and they are looking for a Contract Operation Officer in their back-office operation team.
Job Description:
- Ensuring high quality and reliable support of daily processing needs with scalability and cost optimization
- Checking control reports on client portfolio performance
- Preparing customized statements
- Issuing of reference letters and invoices
- Support in ad hoc projects/UAT if required
- Support relevant client queries
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- 1 year of experience in the relevant area (Client’s Performance Reporting)
- Basic Knowledge and experience in Performance calculation will be required.
- Prior experience from Private Banking will be an added advantage
- Possess good excel skills (i.e. Pivot Table, VLOOKUP)
