Our client is a leading financial services firm providing corporate trustee services in Asia. Due to on going growth, they are looking for a Client Services Manager based in Singapore, reporting to the SVP of Trustee Services, you will deliver superior client service for all assigned clients/funds, ensuring that trustee obligations, as well as operational, administrative and compliance activities are met in a timely manner


  • Be the key contact person for operational relationships with assigned clients
  • Undertake assigned activities to ensure full compliance with trustee obligations
  • Establish a strong & effective operational / administrative relationship with clients
  • Execute client instructions within agreed timeframes, including facilitating payment requests
  • Develop and monitor compliance with clients’ operations manual
  • Assist to review client documentation such as service engagement agreements, regulatory forms and bank-related notices
  • Ensure timely client invoicing and track prompt payments
  • Assist in timely execution of ad-hoc requests and projects
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Back-up for other team members


  • Monitor and complete all compliance requirements for assigned clients/funds on a timely basis
  • Set up and monitor operational obligations for new clients (to ensure compliance with constitutional, operational and other legal documents)
  • Liaise with Compliance team for AML / KYC reports / checks on new clients and assist on on-going KYC monitoring of existing clients based on the organisational risk framework
  • Manage periodic custody check of assets and documents


  • Tertiary qualified with Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics degrees.
  • Minimum 3 years’ Financial Services or related experience
  • Excellent client and stakeholder management skills and experience
  • Strong written and verbal business communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong compliance focus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicting deadlines
  • Knowledge of financial products, as well as trust/fund structures and governance issues highly preferred
