Client Success Manager
Our client is a global leading social technology organization that continues to strive for strong customer experience With that in mind they are looking to add a Client Success Manager to their Singapore team. Initially this role will start as a 9 month contract but has a strong opportunity for extension.

This role will see you at the forefront of their vison to revolutionize how people work; you will be responsible for working with their most strategic and biggest customers. As a senior level role you will need to have a strong sense of customer experience and ensure long term strategic relationships are built with customers and partners.

This a hands on role which will implore you to have strong business, analytical and technical skills to ensure the top customers buy into the product. Other responsibilities of this role include:

  • Proactively build strategies to ensure customer adoption and engagement whilst also using feedback to identify opportunities for growth
  • Work closely with the internal teams to insure a strong unified service
  • Monitor and report customer progress toward agreed goals and results
  • Proactively and consistently engage with customers to evaluate their needs and areas of focus
  • Gain customer product feedback to support the product team on roadmap development and improvement
  • Be versatile to adapt to the changes and needs whilst also continuously identify initiatives to help grow and build

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role previously and have the following skills to support them
  • Extensive account management, sales or implementation experience in a SaaS organization
  • Strong South East Asia experience in sales, account management or project management
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field
  • Extensive internal and external strategic relationship management experience
  • Cross function business and technical team management and coordination experience
  • Have the experience and willingness to be both strategic and hands on
  • Proven ability and results in building and selling cases to large Fortune 500 organizations
