We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Client Support Services Manager.

Principal responsibilities

  • ​Prepare and review minutes, resolutions other related documents or payments and execute as authorised signatory
  • Communicate with internal clients, global offices and local Agents independently
  • Advise and assist on documentation and other matters
  • Work with other departments to facilitate delivery of administration service to customers
  • To observe and reinforce internal control policies and procedures and statutory guidelines as applicable to the role
  • Timely implementation of internal and external issues raised by management, audit and regulators
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments


Qualifications
Requirements
  • ​Degree in Accountancy, Legal or related discipline, with Trust Administration, legal or audit background
  • Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Fast learner with a positive attitude
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
