We Offer

  • You are going to conduct (and be accountable for the conduct of) quality compliance investigations - this is an integrated role and you are expected to independently handle investigations from initiation to completion. The scope of investigations include, in part, conduct/disciplinary investigations which you will be offered inter alia the opportunity to work with/manage/interact with a diverse population of employees (of different departments and seniority) within the Bank.
  • You will advise and provide mentorship to business partners (for e.g. other Compliance units; line management) on the appropriate treatment of potential policy/internal controls violations.
  • You would be the owner of management information (MI) related to disciplinary and misconduct data within APAC and be responsible for the facilitation of related MI requests.
  • The responsibility for ensuring good documentation/record retention standards for all investigation work papers, for inter alia the purpose of maintaining a comprehensive database of case precedents and responding to related MI requests.
  • The discipline of strict adherence to high quality performance and in delivering excellence in standards, timing and work methods.

  • You possess experience in working within a compliance, investigative, forensic accounting or audit function.
  • You have the skilled ability in the conduct of investigative interviews.
  • You have sound and robust analytical skills.
  • You have negotiation and influencing skills, including excellent business partner management.
  • You have the ability to multi-task meaningful priorities whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
