You will assist in the review of existing compliance monitoring program & regulations; implement compliance programs and conduct regular reviews of business activities for adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures. This would include reviewing institutional accounts and retail funds activities, sales and trading practices, investment activities, advertisements and marketing materials.
You will work with various business units to identify, develop and implement compliance technology and automated processes that support the Company in meeting regulatory and legal requirements. You will also develop regular internal compliance training and play a critical role in overseeing the implementation of training programs.
